1. Sneak Peek

We’ll post a sneak peek of your session on Facebook and Instagram, so don’t forget to check in! Also, be sure to take advantage of our sneak peek special: Follow KEP on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, and receive one photo with basic retouching for FREE! Once you’ve followed KEP on all three social media, send us an email with the photo of your choice, make sure to put SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIAL in the subject and we will send you back your retouched image as soon as possible.

2. Proofsheet

You’ll receive your online proofsheet 1o BUSINESS days from your shoot date, so hold tight! In that time, we are carefully selecting and editing your best images, which will allow you easily peruse your gallery to choose your favorite shots. If you need your proofsheet faster, please email us directly at kelsey@kelseyedwardsphoto. Once you receive your proofsheet, you still have time to take advantage of our reproduction special.

3. Flash Drive

We’re not done yet! Your online proofsheet contains only web-resolution photos. If you would like to have a copy of your high-resolution images you can order a Flash Drive for $50.  This will have your high-resolution and web-size images on it and we will send it to you in the mail.  It's a simple way to archive your images, like having film negatives. 

4. Retouching & Reproductions

Once you’ve chosen your favorites images that you’d like retouched, fill out an order form HERE.

5. Repro Approval

Once you’ve chosen your images for retouching and ordered reproductions, we’ll set up your headshot with a border and your name. We’ll send you a preview for approval before your images go to the printer.

6. Receiving Your Prints

We’ll receive an update once your prints are in the mail. You can reach out to us anytime you’d like to order more prints—we’re here every step of the way!
